JAW-TEETH POSITION
FOR
MAXIMUM AIR INTAKE INTO LUNGS
Protrude your lower jaw (mandible) to a forward position so that the biting edges of the upper and lower front teeth touch. Hold this position and breath in and out SLOWLY for a full minute Then release this position for one full minute and rest. Repeat and practice this teeth positioning as you slowly inhale and exhale your breath.
