Tired of treatment procedures for pains of MMD MANDIBLE MALPOSTURE DISORDERS?
The International Academy of Myodontics (IAM) have based their
continued research on the history of dental treatments recommended.
When James B. Costen MD revealed his TMJ syndrome in 1933 the dental
profession .activated several approaches to alleviate the patient
pains.. They were orthodontics, balancing the 'bite', intra-oral night
guards. multiple wisdom teeth extractions, equilibrations, splints to
change the occlusal plane and repositioning of the mandibular condyles
in the glenoid fossae. These treatments plus surgery of the TMJ
failed TO STOP THE PAINS. IAM research continued. IAM has interrogated
international MMD therapists as to what might be solutions that may
have been OVERLOOKED? We found this........There are no records of MMD pain patients accepting total extractions
of their teeth to eliminate foci of infections. as the answer IAM has
come up with a solution to STOP THE PAINS. The dentist is
able to introduce a mechanical procedure to simulate the edentulous MMD
sufferer without total tooth extractions?. HOW? By using intra oral
HIP PLANE NEUTRAL OCCLUSION WEDGES that fit over the casts of all
present maxillary and mandibular teeth. See Myodontics website article
