Teeth--jaw position to cure TMJ pains

Protrude your lower jaw (MANDIBLE) to a forward
position so that the biting edge of a first incisor
upper tooth touches the biting edge of a lower
incisor tooth.

Close lips Hold this jaw position for one full minute
using nasal breathing.

Release jaw position for one full minute and rest,

Repeat this exercise with slow breathing. while
inhaling and exhaling your breath
